Have You Ever Felt Lonely?
We don’t always fill our time with others around us. Sometimes we need time for ourselves. You can still enjoy alone time just as much as enjoying time with others.
We may feel lonely, but it doesn’t necessarily mean we’re alone. Everyone has their time to learn, grow, and heal.
There are times when you’re going to do things for yourself. Reward yourself with the things you deserve. Celebrate your “you” time.
It’s okay to process how you feel. It’s OK to take care of yourself. It’s OK to do what makes you happy.
It’s okay to spend time on yourself and to prioritize your well-being. It’s OK to put some things aside for a little while. Feel like yourself again.
Relax. Take a break. Have some quiet time. Read a book. Write in a journal. Draw or design. Play video games or board games. Listen to music. Sing or dance. Get some fresh air and see the beauty of the world.
Some alone time can give you peace of mind. It can bring you back to yourself and remind you of your freedom. Remember your inspirations or motivations.
You can focus on what truly matters to you. You can do what makes you feel better. Only you know what keeps you smiling. You’ve been OK before, and you’ll be OK again.
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
